Hello all, is there a way to set a font size for figure/table captions
different to that for regular text ?
Thanks,
Alexander Sklar.

Thanks much Alan.
After looking at that, it appears that the problem was that I was trying to
specify an author, date and other things *but not* a title. So I removed
the other things, and now it's just a matter of messing around to make it
look right.

Hi Paul,
sorry that i didn't respond earlier.
Don't know if this works the same under Linux as under Windows, but
tab-tab-tab gets me to the alternatives.
On my gentoo-Linux with lyx-1.5.0-rc2 it works with +tab>.
Thanks for suggesting some experiments which led to the solution ;-)

The official installer does not install the BaKoMa in the Windows fonts
directory. The fonts are located in Resources\fonts.

Hi,
I just installed rc2 using LyXWin150svnSmall-3-17.exe (after

uninstalled packages, but this time I set it to simply skip them

Hi Martin,
Did you set "accept composed words" in the options-dialog?

You can install that for Fedora (another option is hevea):

Hi,
aspell works mostly well in my german documents.
In some cases i use composed words (very frequent in german) like
'Trainingsreihe' composed from 'Training' and 'Reihe' (the 's' being the
sort of glue).
aspell seems to recognise this, but it considers the long word
