Okay, I was about to give up. I wrote the post above after spending almost a day on configuring LyX and Natbib or Jurabib for the desired Harvard style. Sometimes I hate these configuration orgies but then in the end, I always manage to achieve what I have been trying. I hated LyX and LaTeX so

My question is whether I can insert a command that will appear in the header of an .html file created by LyX. I'd like to do it through the document settings or other means. Some background follows. you can define your own script converting tex-html. in preamble you will add some tex
