Hi everybody, I'm collaborating with several people to produce a document using LyX, and for the most part its going very well, but we're having a problem with the figures. We've set it up so people just have the figures in a subfolder "Paper/Figures/" and then when they download the latest version

Dear Clemente, I guess you are using CJK package for Japanese part. In that case, it's most likely that CJK package won't work just out of box. You need set up fonts manually. There is instruction for it in the following page (I'm assuming you can read Japanese): http://oku.edu.mie-u.ac.jp/~o
