I'm having trouble using insert List/TOC BibTeX Bibliography in Lyx. I want
to insert a Jabref file but this has the extension .bib and Lyx is looking for

If you compile with pdflatex to pdf, you might also consider loading the
microtype package in your preamble:
\usepackage{microtype}
