Hello, I only just noticed after upgrading to LyX 2.1.3 that the dialog boxes such as File-Open, File-Save etc. no longer used the system theme for icons (but instead a faded blue). Maybe I was just lucky enough that in 2.1.2, LyX's own theme was just very close to my system theme? Has something
