I view the same pdf file in another viewer like gv, xpdf, or gsview the
font is either a bit too large or so big (wide) that it collapses with
the following text.
I have attached an example lyx file.
Any ideas?

I have had the same problem. For me it disappeared after I ran

Hope this helps.

Is this a known problem, or am I doing anything wrong?
I have attached a test file.

Hi again
I think I have found the solution:
for f in *.tif; do
tiff2ps $f > `basename $f .tif`.eps
done
It seems to work great. Tiff2ps doesn't change the resolution.
Thanks to all who responded.

I saw that one too in the docs. But what if the pictures have different
resolutions?
Thanks.

In fact I did read the manual first. That's why I know your solution
will convert _all_ the pictures to 600x600.
What if the pictures have different resolutions? So I dropped 'convert'
and thought there might be another way to convert the pictures.
Thanks.

Hi LyX users
This may be a little bit off topic, but...
What is the easiest way to convert all tiff files in a directory to eps?
I have tried 'convert xxx.tif xxx.eps' for a single file but it changes
the resolution to 72dpi :-(
Thanks in advance.
