.ps might not have a proper bounding box. ps2eps computes it (I think by
actually rendering the page and looking for the resulting image).

Thank you all.
First I gave the pdfpages package in use with pdflatex another try, but
the creation process reported errors within 2 eps graphics. After
converting them, these errors were gone, but new errors came and I lost

Hi.
I've nearly finished my thesis now. The only thing left to do is to
include some PS files into the appendix. I tried inserting the document
as a graphic, but then I got get the first page of the document.
My second try was to use ERT:
\includegraphics[page=1]{thefile.ps}

I don't hope so. I also tried the pdfpages package, but it only worked
in combination with pdflatex.

Hi all:
I need to covert a .ps document into any format, readable by LyX. I
have a program named pslatex on my system, but it isn't documented,
and whenever I run it, it starts tex.
Any pointers?
Thanks,
