Sub/superscript on sums and integrals?

Hi -- How do you enter the superscripts for math Sum symbols? I can get the greek sum letter, and use Math->Index to enter the text below the sum letter (e.g. "n=0"), but can't figure out how to enter the text above the sum letter. Any hints? Thanks! Ramon +---

Font size for sub/superscript isn't decreased in output

Hello, When I export my LyX documents to external formats the font size for sub/superscripts isn't decreased as you would expect. How come? Do I have to set the font size manualy for every single sub/superscript? (I guess not ...) I use the CM-super fonts (PS type 1). Any help wi
