[M100] REX# and REXCPM updates

just an FYI, I have a beta release of both REX# and REXCPM out there now, being verified. The same issue that was affecting REXCPM also affected REX#. Also, I have added "date/time" and "sort" into the code for REXCPM, since I did get feedback that it was missed. I plan to post those updates +

Steve, While exanining soms code in BASIC/EDIT my MT w/ REXCPM did a cold boot. SR was still active as "CALL 63012" brought it up fine. MENU is otherwise empty. Ctrl-C does nothing (^C). Would like to see if loading REXMGR will be enough or whatever steps to try and avoid a full reload et al?
