My initial proof of concept test with copper wire, shakey start but I think

Doesn't hurt to look around and check out other alternatives and we don't
know if Steve's application requires that they be in a DIP carrier (as in
his picture) vs. a SIP strip.
But those headers do look like the best idea so far for SIP strips.
