I also have the UBPorts version. Strangely , sometimes, when I connect it to my Linux desktop, the desktop recognizes it. But I'm not concerned, because my plan is to hopefully connect them via bluetooth. I have a serial-to-BT adapter I've gotten working with my M100 and my old Android phone
