I was an avid user of the Model 100 and Model 102 perhaps 35 years ago.  I am currently cleaning out my office and and have found what I believe is a 128K external RAM cartridge for the Model 100/102, but am unable to locate any information on the device. The device is about 3 3/4  x 2 1/4 x 7
