Yes, I did. but then I stupidly attempted a destructive RAM write test (POKE) without stopping to understand where I was writing to. Naturally, things "did not go well". :) I think this M100 is just fine. I did swap out the bottom (opt3) ram module for one of the same type, but that's just for cos
