Hello Dane and other Listers,
In response to Dane's question on Reminders I pasted in the wrong post. Here
is the correct post from earlier this week and the link to the Reminder's
podcast.

Recently I decided I wanted to use the Reminders Application and decided to

Correct. I don't like the internal speaker that much compared to the
iPhone, which I believe has two, pretty darn good internal speakers. I
still however like a bit of extra bass. This is down to my poor hearing,
so choose to listen to music through my speaker dock.

Hello Eric,
I have just finished listening to your excellent podcast on Amadeus Pro. that
has given me some pointers but I would still appreciate your advice on the best

Hi Sarah, David, and Zack,
I'm late to this thread, but I have a few quick comments. If the workflow
Sarah uses is the Services menu option, Add to iTunes as a Spoken Track, it
will use the default encoding format for the m4a file. This is 128 kbps
variable bit rate at CD quality sampling
Hello
I have been successful in downloading the above.
I can skip forward and back within the text however, the fast forward/backward
do not seem to work.
Can anyone help with details of utilising this program to its fullest
capability?
Many thanks in advance

Hi Paul,
I was sent some podcasts on Amadeus Pro created by another user. I
don't think they were ever posted. I've written to him to see if I can share
them. They cover ways of doing some of the things you ask below.
I don't use these commands much as I rely on landing the marker
I can't remember if I posted this before, but it's been on my mind to do so for
a while. As an Amazon Prime member -- and I think this applies to Amazon
Student and Amazon Mom members also -- I have access to a few thousand free
movies and TV shows. These are only available as streaming Flash
Well it seems t work in my version.
I use numpad commander so if I navigate to the fast forward button and press
numpad 5 it jumps forward. If i hold numpad 5 down on the forward button you
get the monkey chatter of the book being read out at rapid speed as you move
through it.
If you are not
Actually I did [[rate 250]] and selected all 30 pages. It only recorded about
in one case 4 minutes of the document. I had to use the say command to get it
done.
