You need to double tap on the text field, and generally use the rotor to
navigate to wherever you want to continue typing. Note that this was made a bit
harder under iOS 7, as VO seems to move in text fields if you accidentally tap
them. I presume you’re talking about iOS here, and not
Hi,
You can use vo-end or vo-home to jump to the beginning or end of a table. As
for lists, perhaps you might look into groups mode? I believe they are treated
as separate entities in that case, and you can use the same keystroke to jumpy
o their ends.
Best,
Zack.

Hi Brian,
Interesting. I don’t listen to web page summaries, so never noticed this
behavior. I always just start navigating with quicknav or vo-cmd keys, and it
works. That’s definitely a weird bug.
Best,
Zack.

I’ve reported this one to Apple Accessibility a few days back. I’m sure it was
an oversight.

Go into system preferences, there’s an App Store section. You can configure
automatic updates however you want.

Zack.

Hi Shanon,
The reader doesn’t work on every page, sadly. It will work on most articles and
similar content, and when it does is a huge timesaver. :) It’s also available
on iOS, if you have an iPhone or similar.
About the web rotor, all I can say is keep fiddling with it. Takes some getting
used
Hi Shanon,
I’m presuming you’re in the Mail preferences, Accounts section, when you try to
add another account. If you click the new account button, you’ll find radio
buttons for preconfigured types, and a final “Other Account,” button. This
should help.

Zack.

Shannon,
You might want to look into an item called the web rotor. The command you want
is the O-u. This enables you to navigate by links, headings, or whatever, just
as in more familiar programs. With this particular case, I might also suggest
these Safari reader, command-shift-R. This declutte
Will,
iBOoks on Mac is a work in progress, definitely. You can get to table of
contents with cmd-t, and library with cmd-l. I’m not sure why the first release
was this way, but I’ve been assured they’re working on it.
Best,
Zack.

Hi George,
The order of info in the New email view is fixed, and you can’t turn it off I”m
afraid.
If you want more control over such things, classic view is your friend.
Best,
Zack.
