This is another instance where I must be missing something obvious. Is there a
key combo that can be pressed to force a link to open in a new browser window?
For example, if I'm on the macworld.com homepage and am navigating through the

was hoping to find a keyboard alternative to doing this without using the

Yep. You can hit cmd option shift enter to open in a new window but you must
check press tab to highlight items in advance. If I'm wrong let me know as it
has been since the release of lion since I had to change the setting.

I have a vague recollection from when iTunes was transitioning in accessibility
that there was an instance where the options that appeared with VO-Shift-M were
different from what you got when you used
It doesn't always work. I have to sometimes rout the vo to mouse and then
option click and even then I am lucky some of the time. I think they might have
changed some things in lion but again it might just be me. lol!
