You configure Braille settings in the VoiceOver Utility, first of all in
the Braille category, then in Verbosity under Braille.

do I configure it so that I have grade 2 Braille and hopefully 6 cells
rather than 8 cell display as I find it cumbersome with the 8 dot cell.
