I would take the apple key board to the apple store and maybe have them look at
it but I'm going based on experience with 2 of my lap top key board panels.

Yes, I think you're right. It appears that letters do not work. As I play with
the keyboard, I can do anything unless it has to do with the letters or the
enter key. I'm guessing there's no fix for that, just a replacement.

Looks like you are having keys that are misfiring. If possible try an apple
key board at th dapple store and if it works with your phone if they let you
pair it for a minute then it is probably best to get another one. I had similar
