Apparently my e-mail has been hacked. It seems like it happens about once a
year or so.

How do you digit ally sign your email? Do you scan your signature and then
paste it at the end of your email messages? Or is it simply what you have at
the bottom of this message? Or is it some other more techy way?

This may be a stupid idea, since I have a Mac, and things may be
different with you;
but way back when, I was told that if I had a phony address at the top
of the address book list, that this phony name would screw up the
hackers, and generally cause them to discard any other address
