My son received an MP3 player (ilo 256 to be exact) that is Mac OS X compatible. He wants to rip tracks from CDs, converting them into .wma format. Our problem is that we don't see these options on WMP 9. When we open it, the window provided appears to be a video/CD player offering no options.
