I created hdf5-18 in r147799 for the packages that have problems with hdf5.
Binaries: ${prefix}/bin/*-18
Headers: ${prefix}/include/hdf5-18
Libraries: ${prefix}/lib/hdf5-18
With netcdf (r147780) I had to set HDF5_INCLUDE_DIR, HDF5_C_LIBRARIES and
HDF5_HL_LIBRARIES manually otherwise hdf5 is
Yes, that's what I meant. You want to point to archives, because they don't
change; tarballs will be regenerated on the fly by github, so they do not
have fixed checksums and you would have to either make "fake" accesses to
them every so often so github thinks they are still in use and won't remove
This is what is actually said;
"Since the github portgroup uses "tarball" downloads, not "archive" downloads,
this also means the checksums will change. "
