libquicktime-devel hangs on build

I finally did the dist-upgrade to 2.4.4 on our iMac running 10.12.6 While doing a upgrade outdated, libquicktime-devel hangs. So I can't update transcode. I see from the logs there are 404 not found errors. I removed and cleaned the existing libquicktime-devel, mjpegtools and transcode as I
