No the iPod Touch does not. There is an adapter made by Tom TOm, which an iPod TOuch could be connected too in order to use the Tom Tom app on the iPod Touch. At this point it is not accessible and cannot be used with other navigation software, which is more likely do to the developer of that

When I first got my iPhone, I think it thought I was on the UK, because when I visited the iTunes store, it spoke British. One time, a friend of mine from the UK sent me something in my e-pmail, and the message was read with a British accent. Having the message red that way was pretty neat.
