output to a spoken track.for example,
[[rate 280]]
Note the 2 brackets before and after the command. I think the default rate
that you're getting is around 200.

Sadly not, depressing eh? VO reads the menus, some of the icons and buttons,
scroll bars, but sadly just can't see the document area. Not a fault of VO but
a failing by Microsoft for not using the accessibility APIs

You know, you can get a core I7 13 inch for about $200 more than the duel core
