In a round-about way, I think so, but it might be more trouble than it's worth. I might even be wrong about Soundflower enabling this. A quick Google search tells me that Apple disables the speakers automatically, which is annoying but at least explains why you can't use them. I'd call this an a

I think you can, though I have a Mac Mini and not a Macbook so may be wrong. Either way, open up the VO utility and select Sound. Go to the "output device" popup button and choose the device you want to use. The default will be "system output", which means that VO will use whatever device the Ma
