because I am running vmware fusion. I actually plan to uninstall vmware. If I

that app is set to open under windows and so fusion and windows are launched in
order to run TC.
How that happens I don't know exactly.
BTW: the windows version of TC works quite well, better than the Mac version

To add to what others have said, this happened to me last week also on an
iPhone 5. I discovered that voice over was working perfectly well with ear buds
in, but not without them. So I took the earbuds in and out a few times quickly,
and all was fixed.
