If your android and the iPhone you are getting use the same sim card then I
would think that you could simply put that sim in to your ipHone to use for the
setup. Once the setup is done you can remove the sim and use the iphone as an
iPod. I'm doing that with an iPhone 5S right now.

Just guessing here, I do not have that app on my iPhone. But do you have
location services turned on for it? If so, turn them off, and see if it then
will give you a field to enter a location.

I just switched my Focus 40 Blue Braille display settings to UEB Contracted
Braille.
Then, I went into Text Edit and typed in a sentence with one bolded word.
What I expected to see, on the display, was the sentence including the bold
word type form indicator, preceding the bolded
You cannot add custom sounds that ill work with messages or ringtones.

I believe this is the correct item to open. Probably after clicking on the
application a dialog box comes up to verify that you are doing something
serious to your system.
Also, the F1 key is the second key on the top row. The first key is the Escape
key.
