Wow, so Siri is programmed to respond with information about Katelyn instead of Bruce. Clearly, in that case I suspect a human made that association in software but I don’t know that for sure. I’m going to assume it’s the most likely possibility though unless things are progressed further

Have you tried turning Voice Over off, waiting about 20 seconds or so, pressing Cmd+right arrow, then turning Voice Over back on again? If you’ve tried all this, maybe time to delete the Voice Over Plist file and empty the trash then restart Voice Over. I’d hate to suggest an OS re-install,
