No. Speaking rate is a different item. It is a slider and it is changed by
flicking up/down with a single finger to change the value.

By the way, the split tap will not work on sliders. You can access
speaking rate and several other options on the rotor. If accessing the
rotor is difficult, you can change the gestures used in the Voiceover
settings under Commands. I changed mine to 2 finger swipe left or right.

accident, and absolutely love it! It’s made by Logitech, and can be switched
between 3 devices, and you can even turn the function keys on and off on the
