Using Outlook on the Mac

Hello all, I’m beginning to use Outlook and am wondering if there is a key command list or a getting-started piece that might be helpful? I began with writing an email and found that when I hit the enter key, I’m not getting a new line, but rather being moved to another part of Outlook. Hoping
