I went with Kingston for my SSD. So far, so good. I purchased a 240GB drive.
I also took out my optical drive and replaced it with the original Hard drive
that came in my Macbook pro. Just keep in mind, TRIM will not be enabled

fails you, do the same but instead of pressing VO space, press VO shift M to

you press VO shift left/right when you are interacting with the slider. I do

I would doubt it. Installing windows really has nothing to do with the
bootcamp set up at that point. It would be up to MS to make the installation
of windows accessible.

I doubt you can do this via bluetooth. If you have audio hijack pro, you could
do this wired though.

I know this isn't really an answer but, I don't think the small increase in
speed gained by an external SSd is worth the premium price. For an external
drive, I would recommend sticking with a traditional platter hard drive.
