FYI, the audio description in the Disney Movies Anywhere app is at this writing
limited to titles published by Pixar. Disney owns Pixar, but they also own
several other studios , and so far only Pixar films have the full sync
treatment in the DMA app.

Hello,
Check out Subler on Google Code. It lets you tag just about any QuickTime
compatible file. This includes adding any kind of tag you need for audio or
video.

Hello,
You may actually want to save the page as a web archive, zip it, and
send that instead. A screen capture can't be navigated by VO in the
same way a web archive can be. Web archives preserve the page
including code exactly. THe code may not function, but the page will

Anyone else having trouble with Java applets in Safari 4? They seem to
be invisible now just like Flash. Noticed immediately after upgrading,
so I need to gather a few more observations from listers to be sure it
isn't just the one or two applets I use constantly.
Thanks,

This sounds like spam actually.

In the latest Safari release, a fraud site detector was added. Look in
Safari's preferences under Security for the check box that enables and
disables this feature.

The best way to get this fixed is to directly contact the people at

Hello,
AppleCare has a local German number. Visit Apple's support website,
and you will find a local AppleCare number for Germany. In Europe it
is less common to get a service plan, as many turn out to be plans
that underdeliver. But, for anyone that has used AppleCare, it is

Hello,
The second thing that appears when you click is actually the OS build
identifier. That would be nice if it was the born on date, but I don't
think that's stored anywhere in EFI or elsewhere. The builds, like

Oh, you need to attach your devices. When you launch the VM, visit
the Virtual Machine menu and at the bottom you'll find a sub-menu
called USB in which your devices are listed. You want to choose to
connect each device you want the Guest OS to have access to during the

Screen resolution will change if you change screen modes. This will

Remember that in Mac OS X, there is a folder at /System/Library/Speech
