is anyone using Devonthink?

Hi All, Does anyone have experience with the note-taking and organizing program "Devonthink"? The Professional Office version claims enhanced OCR. But searching the site, I didn't find anything that demonstrated a real commitment to access, so I thought I'd ask the list.
