Lately, I reset my Voiceover to factory default and my added languages are
not working ever since.
A couple of weeks ago, Tim Kilburn told me how to add more languages and I
added Hindi and Arabic and Voiceover were recognizing those languages just
fine.

in System Prefs which should not have been affected by a VoiceOver reset.
