I agree, That was frightfully obscure. The entire message appeared to be in
short hand and I was far too lazie to decode it.

I have reached individuals in a position to test then repair an issue I
brought to
If I had a dollar for every letter I have sent to Amazon over the years
regarding various accessibility issues, I wouldn't be rich. But I would

Hello, it turns out, I think that was the problem. I have a feeling I was on
the access site. I signed out of Amazon & closed Safari. When I opened it up
again to do a search, the layout was more familiar with headings & such.
