To be honest, no. I have not restarted the HomePod. There was that
problem with HomePods be bricked. And even though supposedly the

Yes, you can
Yes, you can turn hey Siri off and on. I have also tried holding down on the
play button on the HomePod itself, which will activate Siri. It certainly helps
with getting her attention, but the results are not wonderful sometimes.

Yes, I suppose one can do that. It’s just really started acting up today.
Yesterday it seemed OK. I think I would actually like to reset the HomePod. But
after the trouble people had with the update, I really don’t want to go there,
