verbosity and under general, went to the details disclosure triangle and
expanded it, went to the window option, hit the button that says default and

In voiceover utility under verbosity, you can adjust general verbosity. If you
vo+right arrow further in the "general" tab verbosity dialogue having chosen
the level of verbosity first, you encounter "detail" element which may be
collapsed. Vo+space on it to expand it. Vo+right further
Hey all. Is there a way to make Voice Over stop announcing "New Window"
everytime something pops up. For example, in Skype, I had visual notifications
turned on so that I could here if contacts sign on or off, but Voice Over keeps
saying "Skype has new window" when these visual notifications pop
