It's easy to forget a bunch of the finder "Jump to" commands. If you
move to the menubar (VO-M) and arrow right to the Go menu you'll find a
whole pile of them. Command-Option-A for the applications folder and
command-option-u for the utilities folder are ones I use all the time.

I am sure. I have set «open a new finder window» to open in the download
folder. Maybe the command is used already on a another application. Don’t
remember.
