I also have some problems with Skype, The item chooser just makes VO crash.
Apple accessibility told me that it is important to let Skype know that the app
is making this happen, and I wrote an e-mail, but have no reply.

I am seeing this behavior as well. I also saw this under Mountain Lion. I
thought it was just me who was having this problem. I wonder if the people at
