The delete key deletes to the left of the cursor, and function-delete
deletes to the right. The only difference is in how VoiceOver handles the

I’m assuming you’re talking about working in TextEdit. When you hear “Ruler”,
just do VO-Right Arrow then interact with the text. All your VO commands should
work fine after that.

When I open any document I hear the word ruler, even when I start a new one. I
