If you install something different then the results are not going to

here i have a podcast from a guy who works with audacity and voiceOver.
But the things he does with it, don't work here.
In my audacity i have four area's that say unknown. There is nothing to slect
there or without quicknavigation to work.
is there something wrong here, do i for example
