Hi, As you know this list is not for that sort of thing. Only thing I will say is that when you install windows with out a key you can use it for 30 days before you register. I do this for testing purposes when doing custom install, development, etc, but this is not how one should run it in a pro

No reason why not. The Air comes with a minimum of an i5 Intel processor which is pretty speedy. In some ways, a Mac can make for a nicer Windows laptop than some purpose-built Windows hardware. That said, I'd bump up the RAM if you can. 4GB is going to be a bit tight if you want to allocate 2G
