I’ve written to accessibility. A haptic is only helpful if your phone is on
your person. Besides, if it can play a sound when bluetooth is connected, then

I don't experience that issue. I'm in the U.S. and have English as my default
language on my devices. I have music in Spanish and Italian, and have no
trouble getting those albums to play (though I do anglicize the pronunciation
a bit).
