Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately this wouldn't work for me. I'm speaking of at least 150 people and I have to sift through them and select the ones I need. These are not people I know personally but rather on the larger mailing list. Any ideas and suggestions still very welcome. Take care,

Hi, If these recipients are already in your Contacts, then simply type the first few letters of their first or last name and let Mail do the rest. So, for example, if I was wanting to send a message to Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble, Wilma Flintstone and Betty Rubble, I’d do the following: •
