VO-w once should say the word again. VO-w the second time is supposed to spell
it out letter by letter. VO-w the third time is supposed to spell it out
phonetically. VO-w the fourth time should start things over again.

I hit letter w twice while holding down VO keys in order to have VoiceOver
spell out the last spoken phrase. It is phonetically though, can I have it
spell out but not phonetically?
If yes, how can it be done, please?
