All you need to do on a Mac is to give some permissions to RIM. That’s a bit
tricky if you are not an experienced user but they described all necessary
steps as clear as possible. And then it’s really easy to use. But read all
descriptions thoroughly.

Yes you can take full control. Once they download the program, all they will
need to do is type a keyword in a box. This key word will be one you come up
with.
