Working with iPhoto

Has anyone had any success with iPhoto and voiceover? I have five photos, the table with events, faces, places, photos, etc, but when I try and get things like the file names of photos, or create albums, I am unable to do this. When I interact with the scrol area, where I assume the pictures

I tend to name my files before importing them to iPhoto. I've not used the facebook export tool and the majority seems off limits to us I guess because of the images. I've made several slide shows but I organise my pictures in folders outside of iPhoto and then import them. Usually having a

Hi Everyone: I have spent a fair amount of time playing with iPhoto on both my macs, but so far, I am not finding it to be accessible. I am able to find albums, and things such as faces and places but when I select the album and interact with the photos VO just reports empty scrol area and I

Hello olivia; I wish i could say I know of an accessible program. Like you, I've worked with iphoto. I can make it do what i need it to, but I wish it were more friendly. I find the best thing is to label my photos in finder so that I can either use the arrange by name or import date.

Olivia and others, I strongly encourage you to write the accessibility team at Apple about this matter. I wrote a message a couple of months back when I first got my Mac and noticed this, and they haven't even responded to the message. I guess - the general assumption would be that blind folks
