Hello Maria, First of all, don't confuse hotspots with hotkeys. Hotspots are a VO feature that allows you to mark items and return to them or monitor them from elsewhere in the same aplication. Hotkeys are a feature of Pages and are set in the Styles tables. They use the keys F1 through F8 and

Hello Chris, In Pages, leaving the text area using VO removes the selection so you can't apply a style. You have to set a hotkey for the style you want and just press it in the paragraph to which it should apply. You can check on what style is in operation by setting a hotspot on the Styles dr
