Just below the toolbar, there is a styles drawer button that toggles visibility
of the drawer. When visible, move vo to the left of the toolbar and interact
with the drawer.
Move vo the the paragraph style table and interact with it. Then move vo down
the list until you hear heading

I am trying to create a journal in pages.
I Want to have the entries in heading level one style
I have selected the text but i can't seem to find how to create the heading
style.
Is this possible with voiceover?

You could use the menue right next to the Window menue. Sorry, I have no idea
what it is titled in english versions of Pages. So I just can say where to find
it. Have a look there.

So i'm guessing go to the header, interact and then vo+shift+ space?

I want to edit header information in Pages. The document was a .doc file
originally. If I try to read the text with VoiceOver, I am unable, but if I
select New TextEdit Window Containing Selection, the text is shown to me. It
is from someone's resume they gave me to copy the format.
