Mary, I had to get rid of the Click to Flash extension. I had a devil of a
time doing it too. As a matter of fact, I really don't know how I finally
managed it, but as soon as I was able to get the preferences pane up for
Safari, I went in and uninstalled Click to Flash.

I am having exactly the same problem that Kim described with safari and the
click to flash extension. This has worked beautifully until it apparently
downloaded an update which broke things. If I close the preferences tab that

Any idea how I go about uninstalling plug ins? Where are they installed?
Thanks in advance,
Kim

Hi folks:
Webkit and Safari seem to have gone bonkers on me. Every time I open either

the problem is not unique to you
Is there a way to restore VO to factory defaults?
Maybe a refresh is in order, or cache clearing?

Also, I ran into a page that kept crashing safari but I think it might have
been a voice over thing. I could work with the webpage until I moved the voice

There is an option to go to top of page on new web sites... perhaps
this is causing your concerns? I have not attempted to uncheck this
and see what the behavior is. I do on occasion use VO-command-1 for
this functionality. This would however be a little limiting.
