Exit offline mode - troubling me a lot

I am running a local browser benchmark, it is supposed to be run in Offline mode, where all radios are off. The pages are displayed from local filesystem. But Sometimes when I am running the browser, I am asked Exit offline mode? , I will press NO and thus varying my results, which I dont want.
